Victoria Rand is an excellent attorney! Ms. Rand was able to quickly understand the key issues in a very complex case. She took my case with very short notice and was fully prepared for trial in a matter of days. She also reached an agreement with my son’s mother which had been impossible for other lawyers who have worked on the case over the years. The bottom line is I would give Victoria an “A+” rating and the strongest possible recommendation! I also found her fees to be very reasonable.

When I moved to NJ from another state, I needed to have my will and other documents (advance directive, etc) updated. I appreciated her willingness to listen to my desires and then draw up the documents I requested to my satisfaction. I am thankful I found an attorney of her knowledge and caliber whom I can trust for legal advice. When I needed legal advice outside of her expertise, she graciously sent me to someone who solved my problem.

Victoria Rand is a very sensible, compassionate and honest person. She was extremely helpful and focused. Mrs. Rand and her staff always communicated with me and were more than accommodating to my needs. Mrs. Rand was very well organized which helped me remain calm and focused, not only did she help me through my divorce and child custody but helped me with my living will and power of attorney. I have and will continue to recommend her to friends and family.

Victoria took the time to listen to my concerns about a potential bankruptcy. After considering the circumstances, she decided that the best way to handle my case was to refer me to another attorney who specialized in complex real estate. I appreciated her honesty in not wanting to take on something that stretched her real estate knowledge. She provided the names of local attorneys for me to call. She also took the time to explain the various bankruptcies available.

Over the past year I have consulted many attorneys regarding visitation, support, custody & adoption. Ms. Rand is the most knowledgeable and understanding attorney that I have retained.

Victoria was an attorney that demonstrated professionalism and compassion through a court system that’s broke at best. Salem county’s court system has the most incompetent personnel I have ever seen. Victoria has shown alot of heart.
